Customer Service Representative

About the role

Provide fast, friendly service both inside and outside the store, assist with purchases, promote products, and support daily store tasks. Engage with customers regularly and work with a motivated team.

Responsibilities

• Support food program activities as needed

Requirements

• Retail and customer service experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent

Skills

• Strong sales and communication skills
• Friendly conversational ability
• Ability to work quickly, collaboratively, and problem-solve creatively

Physical Requirements

• Stand or walk up to 8 hours
• Lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 60 pounds occasionally
• Push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds
• Bend, twist, grasp, reach, and climb as needed
