Customer Service Representative

About the role

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, respond to inquiries, assess sign needs, provide recommendations and quotes, process orders, complete work orders accurately, obtain approval and payments, and build long-term client relationships through various communication channels.

Requirements

• Previous retail or counter sales experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer and POS system skills
• Excellent listening and organizational skills
• Ability to sit and view screens for extended periods
• Reliable attendance
