Customer Service Representative

About the role

Assist potential and current customers with loan inquiries, vehicle evaluations, account management, and payment processing. Provide exceptional service both in person and via phone, explain loan products and terms clearly, perform data entry, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws. Make courtesy reminder calls and maintain accurate records while delivering respectful, honest support to customers.

Requirements

• Must be bilingual with strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• A positive attitude, dependability, and professional integrity are essential
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work full-time as scheduled is necessary
• Requires passing a background screening
• Demonstrates motivation, honesty, and a team-oriented mindset
