Responsibilities
- Processes, modifies, and updates customer information
- Escalates complaints through communication channels
- Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Assists new and existing customers through the online order process
- Takes complaint calls, documents issues, and emails them to upper management
Requirements
- Computer skills: Windows applications and typing skills
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Bi-Lingual role only: Must be fluent in spoken and written Spanish
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sales / Customer Service experience preferred
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Experience with numeric, oral, and written language applications
- Product knowledge

- Spanish language proficiency (for bi-lingual role)
