What You'll Do
- Manage assigned work efficiently using Salesforce
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and monitor shared email inboxes
- Respond to customer inquiries and collaborate with internal departments to resolve service-related issues
- Research customer accounts and identify account-specific needs
- Process account updates, corrections, and invoice adjustments accurately
- Maintain accurate records while meeting productivity and quality expectations
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume customer service and data entry environment
- At least 1 year of recent experience handling customer phone interactions in a corporate setting
- Intermediate math skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong spelling and grammar
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry
- Experience using SAP
- Previous customer service call center or phone support experience
