What You'll Do

  • Manage assigned work efficiently using Salesforce
  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and monitor shared email inboxes
  • Respond to customer inquiries and collaborate with internal departments to resolve service-related issues
  • Research customer accounts and identify account-specific needs
  • Process account updates, corrections, and invoice adjustments accurately
  • Maintain accurate records while meeting productivity and quality expectations
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume customer service and data entry environment
  • At least 1 year of recent experience handling customer phone interactions in a corporate setting
  • Intermediate math skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong spelling and grammar
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the transportation or logistics industry
  • Experience using SAP
  • Previous customer service call center or phone support experience
