About the role

We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position operates Monday through Friday on a dayshift schedule. As part of the Richelieu team, you will contribute to a growing international organization that values its people, culture, and work-life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls from customers placing orders and provide sales quotes
  • Work closely with outside sales representatives on customer orders and quotes
  • Assist walk-in customers in the showroom with questions and order placement
  • Solicit new or complementary sales for customers via phone and in-person in the showroom
  • Research product solutions to resolve field-project issues for customers
  • Specialize in supporting Richelieu’s vast closet solutions
  • Maintain excellent service standards and high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Related experience in a similar customer service position
  • Knowledge of cabinetry, kitchen & bath, or similar building materials
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Team-oriented with initiative and a strong sense of drive and creativity
  • High school graduate; some college courses preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

AS400 experience is preferred but not mandatory.
