- Monday–Friday: Store open 9 AM – 5 PM
- Team hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Closed on most Federal Holidays

Key Responsibilities
- Aid customers with shipping, packaging, and printing services
- Operate point-of-sale system, printers, and store equipment
- Process orders and provide product/service recommendations
- Sort and manage virtual mailbox mail
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong multitasking and communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with good time management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license required
- Retail/POS software experience preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
