Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and provide solutions to common problems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and gather feedback for improvement.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer service standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is beneficial.
