About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone and email interactions. Key tasks include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and provide solutions to common problems.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and gather feedback for improvement.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer service standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment is beneficial.

Pay
