About the role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers
- Solve customer issues and provide solutions
- Process customer orders and inquiries
- Update customer records and maintain accurate information
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in customer service preferred
