Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and problem resolution
  • Perform collection activities on delinquent accounts
  • Aid with insurance verifications
  • Perform Welcome Calls
  • Act as backup to Administrative Assistant for receiving loan payments and funding loans
  • Engage in Skip Tracking and other locate activities

Requirements

  • Previous customer service and/or collections experience
  • A valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driver’s record
  • Access to a reliable automobile for work use

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Comfortable building relationships
  • Experience in automobile financing
