Responsibilities
- Aid with all inbound communication from prospective and existing customers including phone, text, email, and website submissions.
- Assist with inbound alerts from technicians and resolve them.
- Input customer data into the system and schedule inspections and services as needed.
- Resolve customer issues & concerns by providing exceptional customer service.
- Monitor routes and communicate with technicians to make necessary adjustments.
- Work with field reps and managers to update customer information.
- Ensure the customer database is up-to-date and correct customer data as needed to maintain accuracy.
- Manage accounts receivable and collection efforts.
- Handle administrative requests and tasks.
- Effectively handle cancellation requests and manage reinstatement efforts.
- Avoidance of scheduling conflicts and managing service routes using routing software.
- Completion and distribution of daily service reports.
- Communicate with new customers and additional service request customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements
- Microsoft Office proficient.
- Strong ability to communicate with customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Collections experience.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Pass background check.
