Responsibilities

  • Aid with all inbound communication from prospective and existing customers including phone, text, email, and website submissions.
  • Assist with inbound alerts from technicians and resolve them.
  • Input customer data into the system and schedule inspections and services as needed.
  • Resolve customer issues & concerns by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor routes and communicate with technicians to make necessary adjustments.
  • Work with field reps and managers to update customer information.
  • Ensure the customer database is up-to-date and correct customer data as needed to maintain accuracy.
  • Manage accounts receivable and collection efforts.
  • Handle administrative requests and tasks.
  • Effectively handle cancellation requests and manage reinstatement efforts.
  • Avoidance of scheduling conflicts and managing service routes using routing software.
  • Completion and distribution of daily service reports.
  • Communicate with new customers and additional service request customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Microsoft Office proficient.
  • Strong ability to communicate with customers in a clear and professional manner.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collections experience.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Pass background check.
