About the role

We proudly serve homeowners across Texas, Arizona, and Nevada through One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and Buffalo Electric. We’re looking for a Customer Care Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’ll be the first voice our clients hear — delivering first-rate service, scheduling appointments, and helping ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service on every call
  • Schedule service and sales appointments
  • Offer additional services and products to meet call center goals
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Partner with dispatch and technicians for timely service
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience (call center preferred)
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen
  • High school diploma or GED
