Position Summary

This role supports the execution of customer orders across the U.S. and Canada, from order entry through delivery and invoicing. The position partners closely with customers, sales, production, and logistics to ensure accurate processing, on-time delivery, and timely issue resolution.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned accounts from order receipt through delivery and invoicing
  • Enter and maintain customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Cook up with plant scheduling and transportation teams to support on-time delivery
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing questions, changes, and issues
  • Support daily order activity including updates, follow-ups, and issue resolution
  • Process invoicing, credits, debits, and sample orders
  • Maintain customer and order data with a high degree of accuracy
  • Assist with month-end close activities related to billing and order processing
  • Track and communicate recurring issues to improve service performance
  • Provide backup support across the team as needed

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior experience in customer service, order management, or sales support
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, JDE, or similar) preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft 365
