Responsibilities
- Greet clients, respond to questions, and process incoming and outgoing patients.
- Handle payments and manage financial transactions.
- Answer phone calls, provide information, screen for service needs, and schedule appointments.
- Manage and monitor the client waiting area to ensure cleanliness.
- Document and maintain client information, service data, and other pertinent information using practice management software.
- Escalate complex matters to senior staff.
