About the role

Busy Veterinary Hospital is seeking an enthusiastic and client-focused Client Service Representative (CSR) to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will greet clients and patients warmly, answer phones, manage appointments, assist with questions, process payments, and support hospital operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally
  • Create a welcoming, positive, and compassionate experience for every visitor
  • Answer multi-line phones and manage appointment scheduling
  • Aid clients with questions regarding services, medications, and hospital policies
  • Process payments and maintain accurate client records
  • Cook up to coordinate appointments for General Practice, Emergency, Grooming, and Pet Services
  • Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, assistants, groomers, and lodging staff
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Support hospital operations during busy and high-pressure situations
  • Help foster a positive, collaborative, and fun workplace culture

Qualifications

  • Experience in veterinary medicine, healthcare, hospitality, retail, or customer service is preferred
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn veterinary software system
