Responsibilities

  • Greeting clients and patients with professionalism and compassion
  • Managing a high-volume front desk and lobby flow
  • Answering phones, emails, and client communications
  • Checking patients in and out accurately
  • Cleaning and maintaining the front lobby
  • Collecting and reviewing vaccine records
  • Educating clients on vaccine recommendations and preventive care
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
  • Communicating effectively with doctors and medical staff
  • Maintaining efficiency throughout the day
  • Aiding in end-of-day closing duties

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Works well under pressure and in a team environment
  • Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Maintains professionalism during stressful situations
  • Previous veterinary or medical office experience is required
  • Experience with veterinary software is a plus

Pay

Starting at $12/hour+, based on experience.

Schedule

Monday–Friday Full-time preferred
