About the role
Valley Animal Hospital is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team. The primary responsibility is to provide exceptional client and patient service while upholding hospital standards and advocating for patients.
Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls, screening for service needs, and scheduling appointments
- Maintaining accurate client and patient information
- Collecting payments
- Handling emergency patient triage
- Lobby upkeep
- Addressing client questions or concerns
Requirements
- A strong foundational understanding of the basic responsibilities including multi-tasking, payment handling, telephone skills, client communication, veterinary knowledge, and computer skills (knowledge of Avimark is a plus)
- Full-time candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday (7:00am – 6:00pm) and Saturday (8:00am – 1:00pm), with closed Sundays
- Minimum of 1 year related experience required

Pay
The base hourly range for this position is $15-$17. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Schedule
Full-time candidates must have open availability to work through the week Monday through Friday (7:00am – 6:00pm) and Saturday (8:00am – 1:00pm), with closed Sundays.
