Customer Service Representative

About the role

Average work schedule is 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. This position requires flexibility to cover shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, respond to questions, process incoming and outgoing patients, and handle payments.
• Answer phone calls involving answering questions, screening for service needs, and scheduling appointments.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, e-mail, and texting.
• Maintain client waiting area cleanliness.
• Document and maintain client information, service data, and other pertinent information within practice management software.
• Escalate complex matters to senior staff.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum Veterinary Receptionist experience
• 2+ years Customer Service experience in any industry

Pay

The base hourly range for this position is $17.00 - $24.00, based on experience.
