About the role
The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in a veterinary or clinical setting, take initiative and enjoy being utilized at the highest level of their skill set, be eager to learn and grow professionally, be reliable, collaborative, and a strong cultural fit, and be confident using computers, phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service both in person and by phone.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Handle billing and insurance claims
- Assist veterinarians during consultations and exams
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Manage inventory and supplies
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a veterinary or clinical setting
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Current CPR certification

Schedule
Full-time, day shifts available. Weekend availability required. Closed most major holidays.
