What You'll Do
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
- Schedule appointments and manage daily patient flow
- Answer incoming calls and assist clients with questions and concerns
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Process payments and support client check-in and check-out
- Pearson closely with doctors, technicians, and hospital leadership to ensure a seamless client experience
- Help create a positive and organized atmosphere for clients, patients, and teammates
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service, reception, or client-facing experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning and using computer software and scheduling systems
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Passion for delivering exceptional service to clients and their pets
