Customer Service Representative
About the role
Nutrien Ag Solutions is the retail division of Nutrien, providing full-acre solutions through a network of crop consultants across North America, South America, and Australia. Our purpose is to help growers achieve the highest yields with sustainable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
- Aids in processes and customer sales questions
- Assembles and tracks customer orders
- Customer account management tasks include:
- Invoicing
- Troubleshooting
- Sales order processing
- Price book maintenance
- Pre-pays management
- Inventory transfers
- Compiles and maintains inventory records in a database
- Ensures customer satisfaction
- Ensures all paperwork is in order and all loads are signed for
- Performs administrative duties such as computer work, mail distribution, reception, and office correspondence
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent required
- 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
- Agricultural knowledge and background preferred
- Valid driver’s license

The salary range for this role, in Terra Bella, CA location, is between $16.90 - 22.50.
