Customer Service Representative

About the role

Nutricost is an industry-leading provider of supplements and other health solutions at affordable prices. We believe in providing clear choices to support health for people in all stages of life. Our amazing team is growing, and we are looking to add a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to our team to accelerate our growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts
• Respond to inquiries and complaints
• Resolve customer issues via call and email requests
• Track orders
• Communicate with customers and carriers
• Create replacement/Manual orders
• Familiarity with Zendesk, Google Drive, and Shopify is a plus
• Spanish-speaking required

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Receptive to constructive feedback
• GED or high school diploma
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred
