Duties And Responsibilities

  • The primary internal customer contact point for service and information regarding products, prices, availability, and product uses.
  • Provides technical support for customers, including but not limited to, preparing quotations, promoting solutions and services, processing orders, arranging deliveries, invoicing, and processing product returns.
  • Ensures that all inquiries are addressed completely and all transactions necessary to support the quote and order fulfillment process meet customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Educational and Training Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Bilingual preferred but not required.
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of one (1) year experience in customer support/service and/or inside sales (window & door industry or related field preferred). Minimum of one (1) year experience in window & door manufacturing or related field preferred but not necessary.

Physical Demands

  • Regularly required to sit and talk/hear.
