Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients from a wide variety of businesses via email and telephone
- Aid clients with questions about payroll, reporting, and HR needs
- Pass pertinent client information to various team members
- Maintain a rapport with assigned clients
- Gather and pass client information to the payroll team to ensure timely payrolls
Requirements
- Highly organized
- Tech-savvy
- Detail-oriented
Qualifications
- No previous payroll experience required
- We provide comprehensive training including training videos, shadowing peers, the use of demo accounts, and working with assistance
- Begin with payroll training before moving to the CSR team
- CSR Manager and Supervisor will work closely with you and support you through training and beyond

Schedule
In-office, Monday through Friday from 8 am until 5 pm. If the work is completed on Friday, we often get to leave a little early and get a head start on the weekend!
Pay
The initial hourly pay is $16 an hour. In addition, we pay quarterly bonuses based on company profits.
