Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide courteous, professional customer service.
- Schedule trip reservations accurately using Trapeze software.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer and trip information.
- Reconcile driver manifests and ensure accurate daily documentation.
- Aid customers with the ADA paratransit eligibility application process.
- Prepare eligibility determination letters and related correspondence.
- Prepare and process pre-paid ticket orders.
- Provide information regarding services, policies, fares, and scheduling.
- Support the Accounting Manager with administrative tasks as assigned.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Work collaboratively with Dispatch, Operations, Safety, and other departments to support daily service.
- Protect confidential customer information in accordance with company policies.
- Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent ten-key and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
