Position Details

  • Position: Part-Time Customer Service Representative
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (May 2026 to August 2026)
  • Hours: 20 hours per week
  • Pay: $18/hr + Performance Bonus
  • Location: Glen Burnie, MD

What You’ll Do

  • Manage accounts receivable follow-up and update payment information
  • Follow up with new customers after sign up
  • Call customers after resprays or service visits
  • Answer customer questions by phone, text, and email
  • Support other customer service and office tasks as needed
