Duties and Responsibilities

  • Minimum of 70 outbound calls per day.
  • Follow communication scripts & understand products being offered prior to calling.
  • Receive calls & answer questions from medical offices.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify & update account information.
  • Build sustainable relationships & engage customers by going the extra mile.
  • Multitask, effectively manage time, & pivot when needed.
  • Follow up on materials being delivered.
  • Be open-minded & coachable for growth improvement.

Skills And Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years outbound B2B calling.
  • Computer efficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Avaya phone experience a plus.
  • Good team player with desire to work collaboratively with operations and management.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and creative.
  • Strong communication skills; both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
