Customer Service Representative
Position Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between customers and the company, providing essential information and managing clerical and administrative tasks for daily business functions while supporting various departments.
- Handle customer inquiries via calls and emails, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their needs and concerns.
- Provide assistance with special requests, utilizing specialized software to validate store orders, process orders, and take inbound calls.
- Deliver consistent service to restaurants through ongoing training initiatives, ensuring they receive the support necessary for success.
Required Education And Experience
- A High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 2 to 4 years of related experience.
Preferred Education And Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree.
