Customer Service Representative

Role: Customer Service Representative Responsibilities Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the centerUse smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventoryMove, hook up, and inspect U-Haul trucks and trailersAnswer customer questions and educate on productsPrepare rental invoices and handle equipment returnsInstall hitches, trailer wiring, and fill propane (certification provided)Drive forklifts (certification provided) and perform other assigned dutiesParticipate in ongoing training through U-Haul University Qualifications & Skills: Valid driver’s license with a good driving recordHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbsComfort working around moving parts, chemicals, and safety gear This role offers on-the-job training, career advancement, and various benefits.
