About the role
LendNation is seeking a Full Time Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is an entry-level position with significant potential.
Responsibilities
- Complete cash transactions for customers
- Initiate customer loans
- Contact customers about past due payments
- Work rotating shifts and some Saturdays
- Sunday off
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to operate computers and standard office equipment (preferred)
- Safe, secure, reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Maintain auto insurance
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Reliable attendance is essential
- At least 18 years of age
- Proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States
