About the role
Lend Nation is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join their team at Branch 4126 in Guntersville, AL. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Complete cash transactions for customers
- Initiate customer loans
- Contact customers about past due payments
- Work Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to operate computers and standard office equipment (preferred)
- Safe, secure, reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Maintain auto insurance
- Minimal supervision required
- Reliable attendance essential
- At least 18 years of age
- Proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States
