About the role
This position is a full-time entry-level opportunity located at Branch 4608 in Goodlettsville, TN.
Responsibilities
- Complete cash transactions for customers
- Initiate customer loans
- Contact customers about past due payments
- Work rotating shifts and some Saturdays
- Sunday off
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to operate computers and standard office equipment (preferred)
- Safe, secure, reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Reliable attendance is essential
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States required
