About the role
The Customer Service Office Position collaborates with the Customer Service Manager to handle customer communications through phones, emails, and texts. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, providing quotes, selling services, and assisting customers with their needs.
Responsibilities
- Takes inbound calls/emails/texts from customers and potential customers
- Makes outbound calls to follow up on quotes and ensure customer satisfaction
- Sells services by phone/email/text
- Offers needed services to customers
- Provides Lawn Doctor service solutions when possible
- Routes technicians daily work/processing daily work
Requirements
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to details necessary
- Friendly and enjoys meeting new people
- Works collaboratively with team members and customers
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Some Saturday availability (usually 1 Saturday morning a month)
Qualifications
- No need for experience in the lawn care industry, but helpful
- Passionate about communications and sales
- Willing to learn Lawn Doctor lawn service features and benefits
