About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our premier client in Houston, TX. This role offers a competitive salary range of $18 - $20 per hour, Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm, with the potential for a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to clients and internal departments, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email regarding documentation, requests, and updates.
  • Process and respond to emails, calls, and messages that require immediate attention.
  • Accurately log client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our internal database.
  • Follow HIPAA-compliant communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the team.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to various customer personalities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the service or legal industry is a plus.
