Customer Service Representative
About the role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our premier client in Houston, TX. This role offers a competitive salary range of $18 - $20 per hour, Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm, with the potential for a temp-to-hire opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to clients and internal departments, ensuring seamless operations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
- Communicate with clients via phone and email regarding documentation, requests, and updates.
- Process and respond to emails, calls, and messages that require immediate attention.
- Accurately log client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our internal database.
- Follow HIPAA-compliant communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the team.
Requirements
- A high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to various customer personalities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the service or legal industry is a plus.
