Job Summary
The Customer Service Representatives provides an ongoing positive impression of the company by answering client calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner. You will assist our clients by submitting claims to carriers, changing primary care doctors, assisting clients with their questions, and more.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound and/or outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication scripts, prompts, call flows when handling different topics
- Identify customer’s need and clarify information
- Seize opportunities to schedule appointments, where applicable
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible manner
- Leveraging your computer navigation skills to toggle between multiple screens and systems to provide answers and support
- Able to adapt and respond to different types of characters
- Work well in a structured work setting and adhere to a daily schedule
- Work closely with Call Center Managers to promptly resolve issues
- Handle complaints professionally
- Maintain personal/team/site qualitative and quantitative targets
- Aid customers with finding/changing doctors, and ordering ID cards
- Aid insured’s with disputing bills, filing grievances and appeals
- Set up gym membership programs
- Aid in submitting initial applications for Medicare and/or Social Security benefits
- Show strong attention to detail with excellent time management and decision-making skills
Primary Skills & Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Prior health insurance knowledge preferred
- Customer Service Experience
- Eager and willing to learn
- Have compassion and a strong work ethic
- Have strong communication skills and computer literacy

Pay
The general pay scale for this open position is $15-$16/hour. Total compensation package for a selected candidate will be determined within the pay scale based on one or more of the following factors: candidate’s experience, skill set, education level, and/or location.
