Trusted Senior Specialists, an Integrity company, is a distinguished provider in the Life and Health Insurance industry and is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative.

Job Summary

The Customer Service Representatives provides an ongoing positive impression of the company by answering client calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner. You will assist our clients by submitting claims to carriers, changing primary care doctors, assisting clients with their questions, and more.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and/or outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication scripts, prompts, call flows when handling different topics
  • Identify customer’s need and clarify information
  • Seize opportunities to schedule appointments, where applicable
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible manner
  • Leveraging your computer navigation skills to toggle between multiple screens and systems to provide answers and support
  • Able to adapt and respond to different types of characters
  • Work well in a structured work setting and adhere to a daily schedule
  • Work closely with Call Center Managers to promptly resolve issues
  • Handle complaints professionally
  • Maintain personal/team/site qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Aid customers with finding/changing doctors, and ordering ID cards
  • Aid insured’s with disputing bills, filing grievances and appeals
  • Set up gym membership programs
  • Aid in submitting initial applications for Medicare and/or Social Security benefits
  • Show strong attention to detail with excellent time management and decision-making skills

Primary Skills & Requirements

  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • Prior health insurance knowledge preferred
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Eager and willing to learn
  • Have compassion and a strong work ethic
  • Have strong communication skills and computer literacy

Pay

The general pay scale for this open position is $15-$16/hour. Total compensation package for a selected candidate will be determined within the pay scale based on one or more of the following factors: candidate’s experience, skill set, education level, and/or location.
