Responsibilities
- Lead face-to-face meetings regarding customer accounts and features
- Collaborate with sales and implementation teams to understand client needs
- Become a subject-matter expert on our platform and its functionality
- Train and educate customers on product features
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience to drive long-term adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and internal teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Success/Service, Implementation, or Sales within a SaaS company
Compensation and Benefits
- Estimated Total Earnings: $69,000
- Base Salary: $47,000 + Incentives
- Bonus: Up to 10% of base (determined annually in December)
