Job Description
Our aggressive, year-round marketing strategy means we have more leads than we can handle. As one of the fastest-growing inside sales teams in the United States, we are looking for dedicated sales reps that can help us continue to grow. We are looking for talented and competitive Inside Sales Representatives that ideally have experience in the pest control industry.
Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads and follow-up
- Understand customer needs and best pest control solutions
Skills
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Experience working with FieldRoutes or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Pay & Perks
- The pay is hourly plus commission. Including incentives and other bonuses.
