Responsibilities
- Welcome every customer with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude as they enter the dealership.
- Answer incoming phone calls, handle online communications, and schedule service appointments accurately while gathering detailed information for our Service Advisors.
- Aid on the service drive by installing protective seat covers and floor mats, moving vehicles safely, and preparing vehicles for customer delivery.
- Care for customer shuttle transportation and assist with future Courtesy Transportation (Pickup and Delivery) services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area and customer lounge for our guests.
- Provide clear information to customers regarding maintenance services, specials, and current dealership promotions.
- Process customer payments, assist with general administrative duties, and participate in Ford customer retention initiatives and follow-up programs.
