Customer Service Representative

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at GreenStone Farm Credit Services, you will be the cornerstone of exceptional service for all customer segments, directly contributing to customer relationships and branch operations. This role involves daily customer interactions, administrative support for mortgage loan processing, and maintaining smooth branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent internal and external customer service through daily interactions.
• Answer incoming calls, receipt payments, and disburse funds.
• Assist with mortgage loan processing and loan documentation, including collecting, coordinating, and uploading documentation.
• Facilitate loan closings to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Perform data entry, loan servicing, and maintain branch operations.
• Handle supply ordering and other administrative tasks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer service or office experience (banking experience preferred).

• Communication Expert: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to maintain relationships and provide status updates.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to accurately enter and verify data.
• Problem Solver: Ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
