Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

1. Answer all incoming concerns/needs from all customers
2. Key pick-up request, Handle transportation/routing on delivery questions
3. Process will-call orders
4. Provide customers with invoice copies.
5. Process credits
6. Maintain Call list
7. Monitor orders before the cut-off
8. Communicate regularly with the AE (account executives) and customers.
9. Manage the same-day deliveries for OPCO (operating company)
10. Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year prior outside foodservice sales coordination or customer support experience
• Prior to preferred: Previous call center experience
• Professional Skills: Strong telephone communication skills, Able to work in a fast pace environment, Proficient in MS Office
