Skills

- Sales experience preferred
- High school education or equivalent
- Two to four-year degree preferred
Requirements
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and written correspondence in a professional, timely manner
- Ensure follow up on all customer issues
- Take an active role in selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls
- Support on product selection and application
- Cook up to date customer service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims

The starting rate of pay for this position is 24.00 USD Hourly

Monday through Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm
