Customer Service Representative

The Role

You will serve as a key contact and liaison for customers to ensure their total satisfaction. You will interact with customers on an ongoing basis, entering orders, handling requests and providing support needed in a timely, professional and courteous manner.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact
• Some retail or counter sales experience preferred
• High School education
• 2 year or 4 year degree preferred

Compensation

The expected rate of pay for this position is between $18.00 - $22.00/Hour, depending on experience

Shift Hours and Schedule

Monday through Friday - 7:00am to 4:00pm
