Duties
- Receive, document and resolve patient inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat
- Build lasting relationships with patients
- Process patient payments and resolve billing discrepancies
- Support and train peers as needed
- Comply with all state and federal laws
- Other reasonable duties as assigned by manager

Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- At least 1 year of previous call center experience
- Previous experience in a medical office/facility
- Background in healthcare/ medical terminology
Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma
- Kentucky Pharmacy Technician Certificate (required for employment and can be obtained prior to the first day of employment)
- Must be available for Saturday shift rotation (every few weeks)
Pay
$18 + hourly depending on experience
Schedule
Regular, daytime hours - Shifts scheduled in advance
