Duties

  • Receive, document and resolve patient inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat
  • Build lasting relationships with patients
  • Process patient payments and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Support and train peers as needed
  • Comply with all state and federal laws
  • Other reasonable duties as assigned by manager

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • At least 1 year of previous call center experience
  • Previous experience in a medical office/facility
  • Background in healthcare/ medical terminology

Required Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma
  • Kentucky Pharmacy Technician Certificate (required for employment and can be obtained prior to the first day of employment)
  • Must be available for Saturday shift rotation (every few weeks)

Pay

$18 + hourly depending on experience

Schedule

Regular, daytime hours - Shifts scheduled in advance
