Glass Doctor of North Texas is looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team! If you’re great with people, communicate well, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy helping customers, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide excellent service
- Schedule appointments and coordinate customer needs
- Communicate with customers, technicians, and team members
- Maintain accurate customer information and job details
- Help create a smooth, positive customer experience from the first phone call forward
