Customer Service Representative
About the role
Geskus Studios & Yearbook Publishing is seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to join our Customer Service team during our fall season. The role involves assisting families with questions about school picture days and photo orders, communicating via phone and email, and providing clear, helpful support.
Responsibilities
- Assist parents and families by phone and email with questions about orders, products, and school picture day
- Process orders, refunds, exchanges, and reprints
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely and thoughtful manner
- Maintain accurate records within company systems
- Work collaboratively with other departments to find answers and resolve customer needs
- Provide friendly, professional support in every interaction
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and organization, comfort using computers and learning new software, ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, dependable attendance and strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to help others, previous customer service experience helpful but not required.

Seasonal position supporting our busy period through late Fall. We anticipate retaining one high-performing team member in a year-round Customer Service role. Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. Additional hours may be available during peak periods. Competitive pay based on experience. Paid training provided.
