Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking full-time Customer Service Reps to join our dynamic team. Founded in 2012, Fox Pest Control has grown significantly, ranking on the INC 5000 list twice and receiving the Utah Business Magazine Fast 50 award in 2022.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls, emails, and texts
• Make outbound calls as needed
• Schedule and reschedule appointments
• Manage billing information
• Resolve conflicts or complaints with customers
• Engage in meetings and training to develop leadership skills

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One to two years of customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable speaking on the phone
• Experience with computer database systems/software
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent communication skills, including reading and writing
• Genuine personality, confident in self, and in office and customer service skills
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
• Open to working Saturdays at least once per month
