About the role

Answer incoming phone inquiries from Members, Providers and Agents. Pull and review information in our customer relations management (CRM) system. Escalate calls to different partners based on our standard procedures. Organize daily activities based on the goals of the organization. Work to exceed published production, quality and identified goals. Respond to customer submitted support requests, as needed. Assist Supervisor with communicated tasks in supporting customers. Answer all product-related questions in a polite manner and address queries promptly. Work collaboratively across multiple functional departments in the organization. Identify ways to improve the support provided to our customers.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or similar qualification.
  • Prior phone customer service experience.
  • Experience working with CRM technologies to track interactions.
  • Articulate and able to perform demonstrations that engage and inspire.
  • Deadline-driven, and willing to work additional hours.
  • Sound technical knowledge.
  • The ability to multitask effectively.
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills, as well as great telephone etiquette.
  • The ability to memorize details like product specifications.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A strong growth mindset.
