Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to bank customers both inside and outside the branch.
• Promote the Bank’s products and services by informing customers of benefits and features.
• Act as an initial contact for referrals to personal bankers and specialized areas of the bank such as consumer and commercial loans, credit cards, etc.
• Project a professional image and appearance as a representative of the Bank.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in business and/or equivalent work skills required.
• Mandatory completion of FHB CSR School upon acceptance into the position.
• Minimum of 2 years as a commercial savings teller in a financial institution (within FHB, minimum two years teller/clerk teller experience) or two years in a retail sales environment selling products and services.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills required to perform sales presentations to individuals and groups.
• Ability to use judgement and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information required.
• PC skills in word processing required.
• Must be able to type 35wpm.

Pay

Pay range is $19.00 - 22.50/hr., commensurate with experience; plus sales incentives.

Schedule

Branch Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM (hours may vary)
