About the role
Fine Art Handcrafted Lighting is an American manufacturer of luxury handcrafted lighting with more than 80 years of history. Our products are specified by interior designers, architects, builders, and hospitality clients throughout the United States and in more than 70 countries. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding support to customers, sales representatives, designers, and internal departments.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service, order entry, inside sales support, experience.
- Mechanical or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
- High school diploma required; college coursework or associate degree is a plus.
