Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing support to internal associates across Ferguson Home sales and support teams
  • Research and respond to lead time and ETA requests submitted through internal applications
  • Identify where items were ordered, including reviewing purchase orders and sourcing details
  • Utilize order management systems to research order history and status
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal partners through written and verbal communication
  • Follow established processes to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely responses
  • Manage multiple requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus, attention to detail, and appropriate urgency

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated focus on delivering a positive customer experience and supporting internal teams with care and accuracy
  • Career-oriented mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and build foundational skills within Sales Support
  • Attention to detail with the ability to research and analyze order information
  • Process-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
